Each residency begins with a meal that brings together visiting artists, local experts, industry representatives and potential collaborators. Some of these meals are public events, while others are more intimate gatherings.

Alicja Rogalska was welcomed to Jersey with a pop up dining experience in a potato shed, with gratin and greens. Alicja was joined by Andrzej Kopacz of The Jersey Royal Company, Evelyn and Krzysztof, Simon and Edyta Buard of the Polish Cultural Centre and two pigeons.
