A Seed Ceremony takes place in which three grains of heritage wheat are passed from local farmers Charles, Alon and John Le Maistre to the Futurefarmers. The grains, which are being reintroduced to Jersey, join the Seed Journey to Istanbul. A scarecrow making lab is being planned for the winter, to help protect the grain that is being grown in the parish.
