Between the 21st of April and the 29th of April we invited over 150 children from St Lawrence Primary School to join us at Hamptonne Country Life Museum for Field School and  Seed Journey Act II. Together we broadcast morse messages into the soil, foraged for wild herbs and salads, constructed electromagic antennas, baked bread, made our own butter, crafted corn dollies, explored the notion of Land Art and shared stories. Activities functioned as Living Scarecrows for the Home Grown field of brewing barley, protecting the precious grains until they germinated. The first shoots emerged on the last day of Field School.

Field School was developed and enacted by the Futurefarmers, bolwerK and The morning boat.
